Otis Bailey has spent 21 years as a leader, trainer, supervisor, and manager within the California Department of Corrections. Otis has a Bachelors of Science in Business and Management, with a minor in Psychology. Beyond his academic degree, Otis has distinct studies in anger management, and he is a Certified Anger Management Facilitator (C.A.M.F). He has specific credentials in Adult and Adolescent anger management, and his certification is through Anderson & Anderson Psychological Services of Brentwood, CA. In additions, otis has a host of other special training certificates, one being conflict resolution. Otis has met and collaborated with human resource managers, parole and probation personnel, non-profit directors, high school counselors, and union representatives on issues of concern in their particular business area. On several occasions Otis conducted classes for ex felons who choose to turn their life around. His business and expertise has driven him to enter a higher more intense rim of purpose by training and coaching people through controlling their issues with anger.

During his government service career, he managed a program and served as a liaison between inmates preparing for parole, potential employers, and community based organizations. This opportunity gave Otis a rare blend of creative strengths that are deeply embedded in the focus of the Anger Medium. His drive and commitment to improve individuals through taking responsibility for their actions it applies to anger will greatly help adults and teens to become a more productive member of society.
